A great start at the 2nd leg of European Youth Cup 2017 in Porec (CRO).

315 young archers representing 31 countries coming from all over Europe.

A beautiful and well organized venue that can celebrate (today) first winners in mixed team competitions and also first new records broken in the qualification rounds (yesterday).

Two new European and World Records in:

- Compound Cadet Women Team: Layla Annison, Lucy Mason and Hollie Smith (GBR) with 2019 pts (previous European record was 2009 pts).

- Recurve Cadet Women Team: Barbelin Lisa, Kaczmareck Elodie, Touraine-Helias Kyla (FRA) with 1981 pts (previous European record was 1930 pts); 25 pts more than the previous World Record of Korean team set in 2015 World Archery Youth Championships.

Two new ("only") European records in:

- Compound Junior Women Team: Sara Ret, Aurora Tozzi, Enrica Benzini (ITA) with 2029 pts (previous European record was 2017 pts).

- Recurve Junior Women Team: Lucilla Boari, Tanya Giaccheri, Vanessa Landi (ITA) with 1930 pts (previous European record was 1893 pts).

After a long day, we have first medalists of this second leg in Mixed Team competition:

Compound Cadet Mixed Team final podium: 1. Great Britain - 2. Russia - 3. Italy

Compound Junior Mixed Team final podium: 1. Italy - 2. Estonia - 3. Great Britain

Recurve Cadet Mixed Team final podium: 1. Italy - 2. France - 3. Belarus

Recurve Junior Mixed Team final podium: 1. Italy - 2. Belarus - 3. Czech Republic
