Judge Committee will organize from 18 to 20 October 2019 a training seminar for national judges who are interested to be examined for WAE Continental Judge status.

It will be limited to candidates from the WAE Member Associations.

The seminar will take place in Sallanches (FRA) in the meeting rooms of l’Auberge de Orangerie, according to the following schedule:

• Thursday, 17 October - arrival of participants

• Friday, 18 October and Saturday 19 October - seminar sessions

• Saturday 19 October at 19:00 welcome speech in the Town hall by the Mayor of

Sallanches, buffet.

• Sunday, 20 October - exam, lunch and departure of participants.

The participation fee will be 400 €, including 3 nights in a *** hotel, single room, bed and breakfast, dinner on 17 October, lunch and dinner on 18 and 19 October and lunch on 20 October 2019, the transfer from Geneva International Airport to the meeting venue/hotel.

To be eligible to participate at the seminar, candidates must conform to the current regulations as laid down in the Term of Reference for WAE Continental Judges published on the WAE Website and pass a pre-seminar test that will be sent immediately after registration.

Attached registration form to attend the seminar should be forwarded to the WAE Judge Committee latest by 31 August 2019 to the e-mail address: wae-jc@archeryeurope.org

Confirmation of registration and details on accommodation and payment details will be sent to the participants by 15 September 2019.
