He has been elected WAE Executive Board Member during the 2010 elective Congress held in Rovereto (ITA).
He was elected as WAE Vice President during the 2014 Congress in Yerevan (ARM), reconfirmed as WAE Vice President at the 2018 WAE Congress in Legnica (POL) and during the 2022 Congress in Munich.

He was appointed as member of the EMAU (WAE since 2012) Finance Board during the Congress 2010 in Rovereto. Now he is Chairman of the Finance Board. He has been re-confirmed in it during the 2014 Congress in Yerevan (ARM) and riconfirmed at 2018 Congress in Legnica (POL).

Mr. MARIO SCARZELLA (ITA) - PRESIDENT - term: 2022/2026
Mr. FRANÇOIS DE MASSARY (FRA) - EMAU Honorary President
He was born on 8 January 1929 and died on 16 March 2012.
He dedicated fifty years of his life to the archery.
He founded EMAU on 17 April 1988 and was the first President until 1992, later on he was named Honorary President of EMAU. He was also FITA Vice President and was honoured with a Gold Plaquette. He was President of the French Archery Federation from 1972 to 2000.
Prof. Dr. UGUR ERDENER (TUR) - WAE Honorary President
He was elected Vice-President of EMAU in 1996 during the Congress of Mol.
During the Congress in Poland in 2000 he was elected President of EMAU and was re-elected in Sassari, Italy in 2004. He was the President of the Turkish Archery Federation until 2006. During the FITA Congress in June 2005 in Madrid Dr. Erdener was elected as FITA President and after the EMAU Council meeting on 24 June 2005 he left his position in EMAU.
He is nowadays Honorary President of EMAU.
Mr. KLAUS LINDAU (GER) - WAE HONORARY VICE PRESIDENT
He per decades was involved in the World and European Archery Sport.
He was Chairman of the Archery Division of the German Shooting Federation (Deutscher Schuetzenbund). In 2003, he was elected as FITA CouncilMember during the Congress held inNew York, and his term finished in 2011.
He was Vice President of EMAU from 1996 to 2005 when he was appointed as Acting President of the Union until the Elective Congress held in March 2006 in Spain.
During that Congress he was re-elected Vice-President of EMAU, and he was confirmed in the Congress 2010 in Rovereto. He was named in 2006 by EMAU Council, Judges Committee Liaison Officer. He was an International Judge since 1989 and nowadays he is a Judge Emeritus of World Archery.
He was appointed WAE Honorary Vice-President at 2014 Yerevan Congress.
