Dear All,
this is to inform you about the deadlines stated by Baku European Games Organizing Committee for the Athletes’ entries and name changing after the Final Entry deadline.
Please, find below the schedule we received from the BEGOC.
Nomination of athletes:
- 1 Apr – 1May – NOC will select the athletes for the short list.
- 2 May – BEGOC will send submitted entries to EF for verification together with a potential list of athletes for non-Medical (LARs) Late Athlete Replacements for pre-approval.
- 6-15 May – NOCs will have an opportunity to make changes during Delegation Registration Process.
- Afterwards NOCs still have a possibility to change names through a non-medical Late Athlete Replacement procedure up to 24h before Technical Meeting or Medical Late Athlete Replacement procedure up to 2 hours before Technical Meeting if any confirmed athlete gets injured.
