The ongoing pandemic has inhibited us from our 2020 Congress and from having the 2021 Congress held in-person.
According to the choice of our Member Associations and to the last decision of the Executive Board, we are going to have a virtual 2021 WAE Elecrive Congress.
How to
The Congress will be run through the GoToMeeting platform for the call, while a separate platform will be used to conduct voting.
Two online calls are planned on 27 and 28 May as training sessions in order to let the delegates familiarizing with the videoconferencing and the remote voting. You will be able to join on your computer or mobile.
Next week you will receive an email with the joining instructions for the virtual Congress.
All the voting delegates and not-voting delegates must register their attendance through the Congress section on WAREOS.
Only the voting delegates will be asked for a private email address where they will receive login credentials with a unique password for the voting system.
Further detailed info will be provided later on.
