Mario Scarzella was unanimously re-elected as EMAU President during the Congress held in Rovereto (ITA) on 25th May 2010. The President proposed to re-appoint Mrs Marinella Pisciotti as Secretary General, who was also appointed as member of the Financial Board together with Mr Christian Laforest (FRA) and Mr Gianni Mangino (ITA). They were warmly applauded by the Congress delegates.
A very thankful President expressed gratitude to all the delegates and assured them that he will go on working very hard for the development of Archery in Europe.
Mr. Klaus Lindau (GER) was re-elected as Vice President. Philippe Bouclet (FRA), Evelyn Papadopoulou (GRE) and Trudy Medwed (AUT) were confirmed as Council members and Hakan Cakiroglu was elected to join the Council.
Paola Bertone (ITA) was elected as member of the Junior Development Committee.
With the approval of the Congress, the EMAU first gold plaquette was assigned to the EMAU Honorary President and FITA President, Prof. Dr. Ugur Erdener in recognition of his successful work for world archery.
