World Archery Europe is pleased to announce the successful completion of two important development initiatives held in Pilsen, Czech Republic, from 28 to 30 November 2025.
In collaboration with the Czech Paralympic Committee, WAE delivered a Para Archery Coach Course that gathered 24 coaches from across Europe, representing Austria, Ireland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Israel, Latvia, Italy, Türkiye and Romania. The programme offered a comprehensive combination of theoretical sessions, practical training, and open discussions aimed at strengthening coaching expertise in para archery.

Parallel to this event, the Czech Paralympic Committee organized a National Classifier Course, which welcomed six participants from Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Belgium. All attendees successfully passed the final examination, earning their qualification as national classifiers.

World Archery Europe extends its sincere gratitude to Roman Suda, with the support of the Czech Paralympic Committee, for the excellent organization and coordination throughout the event. Special thanks are also given to the WAE educators Vincent Hyboir, Irene Cuesta Cibo, and Chiara Barbi for their dedicated instruction and valuable contributions.
WAE is proud to support the ongoing growth of the Paralympic archery movement across Europe and looks forward to seeing new athletes soon make their way onto the international stage.
