The Nove Mesto 2026 Hyundai World Archery Para Series is underway in Czechia, bringing together some of the world’s leading para archers for the second stage of the newly launched international circuit. A total of 167 athletes from 29 nations are competing in the Recurve, Compound, W1 and Visually Impaired categories in Nove Mesto nad Metují, a regular host on the para archery calendar.
Official practice took place on Monday, with athletes preparing for qualification rounds beginning on Tuesday. The field includes several of the sport’s top‑ranked athletes, among them world number ones Elisabetta Mijno (ITA), Toman Kumar (IND), Sheetal Devi (IND), Jason Tabansky (USA) and Christos Misos (CYP), alongside many of para archery’s most successful international competitors.
Competition continues today with qualification, followed by team and individual eliminations throughout the week. Medal matches are scheduled for Friday and Saturday.
