The 2026 World Archery Europe Judges’ Conference will take place in Legnica, Poland, on 31 October–1 November 2026, bringing together more than 50 participants to exchange knowledge, strengthen their skills, and contribute to the development of judging across Europe.
Organised by the WAE Judge Committee, the conference will provide a forum for discussing international judging standards and procedures, sharing experience, and promoting consistency in officiating. The conference will be conducted entirely in English.
National judges are warmly invited to apply as observers (sit-in participants), offering them an opportunity to learn from international colleagues and further develop their judging expertise.
Registration closes on 30 September 2026. National judges applying as observers will receive confirmation of whether they can attend by 7 October 2026.

Participants are scheduled to arrive on Friday, 30 October. Conference sessions will take place on Saturday, 31 October, and Sunday, 1 November, with departures on Sunday. A detailed programme will be shared with participants ahead of the event.
