Are you the new talent development coach in the Netherlands?
Our new coach is based at the Olympic TeamNL center Papendal (Arnhem) and at the four regional regional archery centers in Almere, Schijndel, Weert and Zoetermeer. We are looking for an enthusiastic personality who is responsible for the talent programs and connects the archery clubs and training centers. Do you recognize talents and ambitious young archers? Become our new talent development coach.
The job is for 30-38 hours/week (to be discussed) and at least for one year. The contract could be renewed with another year till the end of the Olympic season 2024. After that period, depending on the results and funding, a period for 4 years could be offered.
We are looking for …
A coach with good organizational, connecting, sport technical and pedagogical didactic skills. You are proactive, an entrepreneur and a communicator. You are an archery trainer and you have skills and education on (inter)national level.
A coach who is focused on recognizing, supporting and educating young, ambitious and talented archers in their development to the highest level.
A coach who supports our vision. You are cooperative and work together with athletes, the national coaches, regional coaches, experts and partners.
