The WAE Board Members, unanimously, decided to cancel the Club Team Cup competition, starting from 2020.
The main consideration of this cancellation is that since 2006 we have had always the same participating countries and instead of increasing the participation, it has decreased.
Above all, this competition does not involve the countries which really need the development of their national Clubs activity, but it is limited to the usual bigger Federations.
The 2019 event in Catez (SLO) on 14-15 September will be the last edition of the European Club Team Cup.
